MYTH: EATING LATE AT NIGHT CAUSES WEIGHT GAIN

FACT  –  The answer is complicated because it depends on person’s eating habits. In theory, how long you don’t take your daily caloric intake, you will not gain weight.

There is nothing wrong with eating in night time, as long you are conscious about what are you eating/consuming.When you go for food having low level sugar, you keep you blood sugar from spiking whenever you tries to sleep.

MYTH- DIET SODA IS BETTER THAN THE REGULAR SODA.

FACT– It is true that diet soda contains if less calories than the regular one, and at 1st view diet soda may seems like a good alternative of regular soda if you are conscious about your health.

However, there are so many other hidden and harmful ingredients that diet soda contains than one may think.

Note– Those who drink diet soda have highly chances of having a heart attach or stroke.

MYTHS- FASTING CAN HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY

FACT– Fasting will be not healthy if you will be hungry for an an entire day. Look at your daily diet and cut out the emty calor6like sugary drinks or grains. Do not skip the entire meal.

MYTHS- IF THE LABEL SAYS ‘NO FAT’ OR ‘LOW FAT’ YOU CAN EAT ALL YOU WANT WITHOUT GAINING.

FACT– Many low- fat or not fat food have added sugar , starch, or salt in their ingredients. These “wonder” Food have more calories than your regular days.

You can check the nutrition label and see the nutrition value containing in the particular product.

MYTHS – EATING MORE PROTEIN LEADS TO BIGGER MUSCLES.

FACT– Webb says -a myth coming from gyms!
Resistance exercise or training in which your body is stretch and resisted., like yoga, can lead to defined look. But eating more protein will lead to muscular development.
